Samsung Electronics Gulf on Wednesday announced that its Galaxy Fold has been sold out in the UAE three days after pre-orders started on Sunday.
But for those who still want to be among the first to own the next-generation device, don't worry: The company also revealed that a new round of pre-orders will begin on October 17.
Also on that day, customers who had pre-ordered the foldable device in the first round will begin receiving their gadgets through a special concierge service. As part of its programme, Samsung will also be making dedicated customer service experts available 24/7.
The Galaxy Fold features the 7.3-inch foldable Infinity Flex display and has six cameras.
"The Galaxy Fold represents the biggest leap forward in smartphone design and engineering since the first smartphones launched more than a decade ago," Samsung said in a media alert.
"Engineered with new materials and technologies, it reimagines everything you can do with a device that fits in your pocket and inspires new mobile experiences."
