These awards were conferred on them by The President of India for their distinguished achievements in the fields of business and community services. All the awardees have been pioneers in their chosen fields of activity ranging from construction and real estate to education, health services, and achieved higher level of quality standards.
The function was graced by Shaikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the UAE, who hailed the achievements of the award winners and their valuable contributions to India and the UAE.
In his opening remarks, the newly-elected president of IBPC Paras Shahdadpuri applauded the achievers of the award by terming them as “gems of the community” and praised their dedicated services to India and the UAE.
He said that his vision is to make IBPC as a catalyst in strengthening the economic, trade and technical cooperation between India and UAE.
