Imdaad to provide services to Al Reef
DUBAI — Imdaad, leading integrated facilities management solutions provider in the UAE, announced its first major project in Abu Dhabi. The company will provide its services at Al Reef Villas by Manazel Real Estate.
As part of a contract signed recently between Imdaad and Census International, the Facilities Management provider of Manazel, will provide waste management, pest control management and recycling services to the community.
Imdaad will cover the first 244 villas which have already been handed over to home owners in the Arabian Village sector of Al Reef, and will expand its services to the rest of the villas as they are handed over.
Jamal Abdulla Lootah, Chief Executive Officer of Imdaad, said: “We are pleased to associate with Census and Manazel on this high-profile project. Imdaad sees this as a great opportunity to prove credentials as a world class FM solutions provider in the rapidly developing Abu Dhabi market..”
