India to hold realty expo in Dubai

India’s most prominent body of real estate builders and developers in order to attract NRI home buyers from the Middle East, Would be showcasing properties of renowned builders from India, at the 13th India Realty Expo 2010, to be held in Dubai from June 3 to 5 at the Renaissance Hotel.

India Realty Expo 2010 will be held under the aegis of MCHI, a member of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India, or CREDAI, to provide an opportunity to NRI investors to explore the plentiful opportunities offered by the real estate sector in India in housing as well as commercial and retail options.


As many as 21 leading developers, all members of the MCHI and CREDAI Association, would be participating in the exhibition, which will be focusing on mostly under construction and ready residential properties form Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore and Goa.

“The properties showcased in the exhibition match the best International standards for amenities and facilities with swimming pools, health club, play area etc. They are ideal for NRIs who are used to living and working in a globalised lifestyle and environment,” MCHI President Sunil Mantril said.

“The property market in India currently offers a great opportunity for the NRIs, as most developer’s participating in the expo are catering to all the requirements of such affluent buyers. As one of the most preferred avenues for property trade in the Gulf, India Realty Expo attracts a huge turnout of NRIs every year,” said MCHI Chairman for Exhibitions Boman Irani said.
