Stefan Pichler has joined Jazeera Airways from June 21 and brings with him an impressive career record earned at some of the world’s most successful brands, including Lufthansa, Nike, Thomas Cook, and Virgin Blue.

Stefan combines both extensive airline experience in major low-cost carriers and in-depth knowledge of global markets and brands.

He has formerly held non-executive directorship in major corporations including Deutsche Bank, Steigenberger Hotels in Germany, Grupo Iberostar in Spain and Thomas Cook in the UK and India. Stefan was also the chief executive officer of Thomas Cook where he built the company from a national tour operator to the world’s second largest leisure group.
