Julphar Sales Revenue Up 22 Per Cent
RAS AL KHAIMAH - Julphar Pharmaceutical Industries in Ras Al Khaimah has announced that they registered sales revenue worth Dh762 million during the year 2009 which is an increase of 22 per cent compared to the previous year.
The sales during that period were driven by the private markets which so a year-on-year growth of 24.9 per cent, as against growth in tender sales of 16.9 per cent year-on-year, according to the statement issued by Julphar on Wednesday.
The statement also noted that the company continued to show robust operational performance during last year and that the Gross Profit reached Dh454.8 million, up by 24.7 per cent compared to the year 2008. The operating profit for the year on the other hand, was Dh145.8 million, up by 55 per cent.
