Lulu Island details revealed
ABU DHABI — Sorouh Real Estate PJSC unveiled on Sunday its detailed vision for Lulu Island, a master-planned development located just 500 metres off the coast of the capital’s corniche.
Shaped like the Abu Dhabi Island, Lulu Island is a prominent and extremely important landmark development for the capital. The island represents approximately five square kilometres of strategically located land that is one of the six investment zones in Abu Dhabi, three of which are being developed by Sorouh.
Sorouh presented further details of the development’s master plan, which has been developed in consultation with the Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council, or UPC, to ensure alignment with the vision of Plan Abu Dhabi 2030.
