Mashreq’s Al Riqqa branch opens with new look
DUBAI — Mashreq customers are set to benefit from the relocation of the highly-popular Al Riqqa branch. Opening on the ground floor of Mashreq’s Head Office in Deira, the relocated branch carries a new design upgrade that encompasses a friendly and bright feel. Abdulaziz Al Ghurair, CEO of Mashreq inaugurated the branch and expressed his satisfaction with the modern environment.
During the inaugural, Abdulaziz said, “The Al Riqqa branch is especially dear to Mashreq as it is located at our Head Office and we are thrilled to open the branch once again.” Delivering on its promise to become the UAE’s most convenient bank, the Al Riqqa branch will allow customers to access a full suite of conventional retail banking products. The branch also incorporates Mashreq Al Islami to service customers who prefer to bank with Mashreq in a Shariah compliant way.
“We strive to make banking with Mashreq a distinctive and warm experience. This starts from the moment a customer enters any one of our branches. The new branch design was developed to meet customer demands for a more personalised and relaxed banking atmosphere. Customers coming into the new branch should feel at home and be at ease when it comes to discussing their finances” stated Douglas Beckett, Head of Retail Banking Group, Mashreq.
