Peppermill, as a fine dining Indian concept was first launched in Dubai in 2011 to cater to the palates of Dubaities. Since then, the concept has garnered rave reviews and it is this popularity of the concept which prompted its promoters Tablez Food Company (Tablez FC) to bring Peppermill to Abu Dhabi.
The auspicious du’a ceremony for the restaurant was held in the presence of Yusuffali M.A., managing director — Lulu Group International amongst many other dignitaries who were present at the occasion following which the restaurant was inaugurated. Speaking after the inauguration, Shafeena Yusuffali, CEO — Tablez FC, said: “The array of culinary options at Peppermill restaurant is a hit amongst Dubai residents and visitors. Peppermill assures an exceptional dining experience defined by the highest standards of service excellence and quality. The regal menu at Peppermill is introduced with a blend of tradition and imagination with richer and more tempting new flavours. Peppermill boasts of four private dining rooms, lunch buffets and a la cart dinners. The menu includes tender and succulent delicacies such as Murgh Shahi Rolls — diced chicken, capsicum and fresh spices wrapped in flour-based pancake, tempting Jhinga Chaap — marinated prawns dipped in crumbed masala, the enticing Rajwada Murgh Kebab — chicken leg marinated with fresh herbs and spices, cooked in dry oven, and the delightful Nalli Ghost, which is lamb shanks braised and simmered in yogurt and saffron gravy.
