The achieved sales mark a growth of 45 per cent from last year’s sales which totalled 757 units. The forecast for 2008 was 900 units, but the increasing demand on Porsche and the anticipation of Porsche Centre Abu Dhabi managed to achieve a sales record of 1,100 units before the end of 2008. The sales have increased across all models, with the popular Cayenne range dominating the sales.

With the record despite the global economic situation, Porsche forecasts 1300 units for 2009 backed with the growing demand for Porsche and the upcoming launch of the long awaited Porsche Panamera.
