RAK FTZ Launches New Business Centre Facility at Business Park

RAS AL KHAIMAH — The Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone (RAK FTZ), one of the fastest growing free trade zones in the region, has launched a brand new commercial building in the Business Park — Business Centre 4.

RAK FTZ’s ongoing commitment to provide superior services and facilities is reflected in this new state-of-the art office building. Oussama El Omari, CEO and Director-General of RAK FTZ said, “Business Centre 4 is part of our strategy to continue improving our services and remain competitive. It will meet the growing demands of many of our existing clients, who are looking to expand their projects and operations, as well as cater to new businesses that are looking to set up in the free zone.”

The brand new nine-storied glass structure offers the latest facilities and amenities in an average of 1000 m2 floor space. Small and medium sized offices are available on three floors, while the top floors offering spectacular sea views are left for large businesses, with shell and core areas that allow clients to tailor their office space according to their needs. With an eye to detail, the flooring is made of beautiful granite except for the shell and core, which is designed to give the clients a free reign on the interiors to suit their requirement.
