Landmark Group was awarded in three categories, with Splash winning the best Marketing Campaign for the third consecutive year. The company also bagged the Middle East Retailer and International Retailer award.

“The success of Landmark Group is attributed to all the hard work and dedication of our employees. Their efforts have ensured that we continue on our goal and provide the best value products and offerings to our customers,” Micky Jagtiani, CEO Landmark Group said.

Damas bagged two awards — the Business Excellence Award for Damas and the Retail Personality Award which went to Tamjid Abdullah of Damas International Ltd..

JustKidding, a new player in the market and a first time entrant to RetailME Awards, won the Rising Star & New Retail Brand awards. “Industry recognition and commercial success are clear indicators that the JustKidding concept has developed into a sound business strategy, and the management is currently looking for ideal strategic partners to roll out the JustKidding formula in the Middle East region,” said a spokesperson for JustKidding.

The annual event has grown in strength over the past four years since its first inception offering a window of opportunity to players in the industry to network and share their opinions.

“The RetailME Awards is an event which fuels healthy competition and opens channels for new business opportunities alike,” said Aldrin Fernandes, Chairman of Concept Group, the organiser of the awards.
