Leading Jordanian contractors are working on the project, which will further energise the tourism potential of the region. Samarah Dead Sea Resort is in line with the growth plan for Jordan as outlined by the King Abdullah II Fund for Development. Nabil Zard Abu Jaoude, MD, Emaar International Jordan, said: “Samarah Dead Sea Resort is a pioneering master-planned community that sets new benchmarks in construction and architectural practices in the Kingdom. Pursuing LEED certification for a component within the project is one of the several steps we have taken to attain our sustainable developmental objectives.”

He added: “We are currently on-going with the construction work of Samarah Dead Sea Resort with a team of skilled personnel on-site. We have planned the construction schedule and contractor mobilisation to achieve our targets and deliver homes within Samarah Dead Sea Resort on time.”
