Saxo Bank Appoints Senior Executive Officer for Dubai
DUBAI - Saxo Bank, the online trading and investment specialist, has announced the appointment of Jakob Thomsen as Senior Executive Officer in its Dubai office. Thomsen will be heading Saxo Bank A/S office, which has its offices in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
Jakob’s new appointment comes into effect after previous SEO, Shailendra Robin Patel, who established the bank’s office in Dubai stepped down from his position.
“Jakob’s appointment as SEO is a valuable addition to our office in Dubai. His previous experience in the Middle East market makes him the right candidate for the role. In addition, his knowledge of the bank’s customs and traditions makes him well-suited for this position, said Lars Seier Christensen, Co-CEO and co-founder, Saxo Bank.
