Schon awards Dh82.25m contract to Commodore
DUBAI - Real estate developer Schön Properties announced on Sunday that it has awarded a Dh82.25 million contract to Commodore Contracting LLC in line with its aim to accelerate construction of Zones 2 and 4 of the Dh3 billion Dubai Lagoon project.
The new agreement will pave the way for a more streamlined development of the site. Commodore joins the project’s existing contractors, Bin Sabt Building Contracting Company and Belhasa Contracting and Engineering Company.
Actual construction for Zone 2 is expected to start within three weeks.
