Sharjah Islamic Bank opens new branch in Mussafah

Mohammed Hilal Al Muhairi, director general of Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, opened the latest branch of Sharjah Islamic Bank, or SIB, in Mussafah in Abu Dhabi, in the presence of Mohammed Abdullah, CEO of the Sharjah Islamic Bank, Jassem Al Bloushi; head of retail banking group, Rahma Al Shamsi; head of Corporate Banking Group and Majed Shaban, head of branches and a number of prominent bank customers.

“We commend the step taken by SIB in opening a new branch in Mussafah which is a vibrant and growing area. The bank’s move into this area will support the growth of the private sector,” said Al Muhairi.
