Cambridge International School and Indian High were pitted against each other in the second semi-finals in the 6th edition of this tournament which is organised under the aegis of Sharjah Cricket Council.

Winning the toss, Cambridge International School elected to bat first. Skipper Shohaib gave his side a blistering start as he raced to 31 off 29 balls which included two delightful sixes over long off. But his team failed to carry on due to some outstanding bowling and fielding by Indian High School players. Arjun Manohar bowled a suffocating spell of 3 for 18 and was backed up Srijith Sivarams (3 for 26) as Sahil Shaik too got into the act picking up 2 wickets for 15 runs. Marlon D’Souza and Sairaj tried to crawl back into the game as they scored 16 and 13 respectively, but it wasn’t going to be enough as Cambridge were bundled out for 113.

In reply Indian High opener Shaun Kachroo was at his best as he scored 44 off 36 balls to ensure his team reaches the second final in the Vision Cup tournament since its inception. Shoaib picked up 2 wickets for 27 runs and Shohaib took 1 wicket for 27 runs but it was an effort in vain as Indian High School managed to win the match with 7 wickets to spare. Shaun Kachroo was adjudged the Maxway player of the match for his batting exploits.

In the under-13 category, Our Our English School Sharjah defeated Dubai Modern High School by 89 runs in the second semi-final.
