Several top players participating in the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL) spent an evening with their families at Danube Managing Director, Anis Sajan's villa in Emirates Hills.
The players were hosted to live singing followed by dinner. Through the night, the players enjoyed short games followed by a karaoke session. The highlight of the night was a catching practice session involving players and their wives.
Among those with their families were Pakistan and Quetta Gladiator's captain Sarfraz Ahmed, along with Asad Shafiq, Sohail Tanvir & Mohammed Nawaz.
Other top Pakistani players included Wahab Riaz, Hasan Ali, Shan Masood, Anwar Ali and Umar Amin. South African wrist spinner Imran Tahir joined his PSL teammates.
Ex-Pakistani cricketer and legend Zaheer Abbas was among the limited guest list and spent time with the young cricketers to offer them his wishes.
Anis Sajan added, "While this has been an annual gathering, this time I wanted the players to unwind and not worry about meeting and greeting guests. Hence, we limited the guest list which allowed the players to enjoy some games which also included their wives and children. The karaoke session was a surprise as players sportingly participated."
Sajan thanked the players for joining the gathering and wished them the best for the ongoing PSL.
