Tariq ton steers Al Futtaim to UAQ T20 semi-finals

In reply, Jotun Paints were out of the race from the start with none of the batsmen looking in threatening form. Tehzeeb top scored with 21 as they managed only 144 for nine in 20 overs.

In another quarter-finals match, Nucaf Tellicherry scored an easy nine-wicket victory over Al Jabeen.

Chasing a modest 130 to win, Firoz Khan fired a 46-ball 71 including eight boundaries and two sixes while Prashanth Braggs scored 36 as Nucaf Tellicherry got past the target in the 15^th over.

Mohammed Yasir hit a crucial 75 while Sajjad Khan (41) and Haroon Ahmed (32) made significant contributions as Multiplex International defeated Car Fare Dubai by 23 runs to enter the last four.

Golden Tower became the final team to enter the semifinals as they ousted Al Badar by 47 runs. Adnan (42), Norman Farooq (40) and Amjad Gujjar (37) came good with bat for the winners.
