Opting to bat first, Alubond Tigers had a shaky start with both openers back in the pavilion with just 22 runs on board.
Safdar Naize and Ariz Kamal took charge to score well-deserved half centuries and added a superb 134 for the third wicket to put Alubond Tigers in a commanding position.
Naize took 89 deliveries to score a gritty 56 consisting of four boundaries while Kamal faced 78 balls to reach his 64 that included six fours.
Hasan Raza (22, 21b, 1x6) and Nasir Aziz (24, 14b, 1x4, 2x6) chipped in with useful knocks to further build up the total.
But it was a late unbeaten 34 from Sultan Ahmed coming off only 28 deliveries including a boundary and two sixes that ensured Alubond Tigers managed 274 all out in 49.5 overs.
For Ibsons CC, Kamran Shahzad bagged four wickets while Tahir Mughal and Zohaib Akhtar took two each. Chasing a strong total, Ibsons CC opener Osman Mushtaq quickly reached 44 from 47 balls with the help of six boundaries but three quick wickets from Alubond Tigers Abdul Rauf put a halt on the run flow.
Shehzad Malik led another fightback scoring a brisk 69 from 64 balls studded with eight fours and a six and was well supported by Pervaiz Nazir who struck 31 from 16 balls with six sixes.
Sultan Ahmed ended the show accounting for four wickets in his 8.1 overs conceding only 44 runs that earned him the man of the match as Ibsons were all out for 199.
