Azizi Developments is aiming to launch five projects worth Dh680 million within a month, chief executive officer Mohsen Kamel told Khaleej Times in an interview ahead of the official launch of its new furnished apartment project “Azizi.Liatris” worth Dh180 million today.
Azizi Developments is a sister company of Azizi Investment and a business arm of Azizi Holding. The company is the biggest sub-developer within Al Furjan, which is a master development by Nakheel.
The Dubai-based developer relaunched its two residential projects worth Dh250 million in Al Furjan recently. “We are planning to launch another residential project before the end of July and one more in early August with a total investment of Dh250 million,” Kamel said exclusively.
Talking about its latest project Azizi.Liatris, the chief executive said that it’s an escrow-compliant development in accordance with Rera laws and regulations, thus ensuring property owners the value for their money.
“Our objective is to cater mid-market segment expatriates who are planning to make Dubai as their second home,” he said, adding that this modern and luxury furnishing would enable lot of mid-income families to enjoy most luxurious accommodation in affordable pricing.
The company is not only based on sustainable developments but are also looking into flexible affordable payment plans, he added.
Azizi.Liatris is comprises a total of 129 units and divided into fully-furnished one-, two- and three-bed-room European-style furnished apartments. There are 30 units of one-bedroom apartments, 89 units of two bedrooms, and 10 units of three bedrooms, Kamel explained.
The property comes with beautiful architecture, an excellent transport network and one of the most affordable locations to reside in a plush up and coming district. “We will be providing high-standard of products and quality equipment for the apartments,” he said.
Kamel said that owning a property in this locality will be of an ideal advantage taking into consideration its close proximity to the well-known Ibn Batuta Mall and also its closeness to the new Al Maktoum International Airport.
The Azizi.Liatris Residence comes with modern furnishing and a fully-equipped kitchen, so that the owners will only have to move into the apartment that is ready for occupancy. It also has ample of parking spaces and a separate lawn for the children in play area.
Last month, Azizi Developments relaunched its two residential projects — Yasamine and Feirouz in Al Furjan.
The projects worth Dh250 million is aimed at providing prospective residents a contemporary living space which is equipped with modern amenities and facilities, according to Kamel.
“The construction has already been started on these two projects and will be completed by the fourth quarter of 2015. Our decision to relaunched Al Furjan projects within the UAE is timely,” he said.
