Chopard opens new shop at Marina Mall

Swiss-based luxury watch and jewellery brand Chopard has launched its boutique at the Abu Dhabi’s Marina Mall.

The new shop opens its doors to the most discerning clientele, offering them the chance to experience in its exquisite and refined creations. Endowed with a code of ethics nurtured by common sense and loyalty, Chopard had been steadily and serenely forged since 1860. Over the years several corporate values formed the backbone of Chopard: independence, quality, excellence, creativity, heritage, respect and audacity.

Known for their traditional, warm, gracious and home atmosphere, Chopard boutiques are reinterpreted in a contemporary style by architect and designer Thierry Despont. Reflecting the decor of an inviting living room, it boasts light woods for flooring and paneling, sumptuous fabrics and furnishings created expressly to highlight jewels, watches and other finely crafted luxurious products.

Fine leather for the wall panels, store fixtures and furniture fronts evoke a sense of luxury, warmth and familiarity. Luscious velvet is used for the curtains and upholstery of chairs for a sense of opulence. Eliminating the destruction of trees, and as a concern for the conservation of the ecology and the environment, renewable woods are being used under this Boutique concept.
