Palestinian students benefit from UAE aid

Human Appeal International (HAI), has completed its second phase of 'Education for All' campaign in Palestine, which benefited 1,300 students in West Bank and Arab East Jerusalem.
Ibrahim Rashid, commissioner of HAI in the West Bank said that 1,300 students have benefited from the campaign since the implementation of the second phase of HAI.
He also confirmed the UAE leadership's support to the Palestinian people in various fields, adding that second phase of the campaign was carried out in cooperation with associations and societal committees in the West Bank.
The distribution included school bags and other basic life necessities for the orphans and needy students whose families are witnessing dire economic conditions.
He reiterated that HAI is implementing 'Education for All' campaign as part of series of its programmes and initiatives aimed at supporting education sector in Palestine. - Wam
