The fish market in Al Daqdaqa area in Ras Al Khaimah received a facelift to meet the growing needs of customers.
Munther bin Shekar Al Zaabi, Director-General of the RAK Municipality, said the project was meant to develop the facility, upgrade its services, raise health standards and add new quality services.
"This project has been done through a comprehensive maintenance of the building, market and its sections including fish selling, cleaning and cutting areas."
The floors tiles of the market have been replaced and walls and ceilings of the market have been repainted.
