A seven-year-old Arab girl fell to death from her fifth floor family apartment in Sharjah on Friday. The child fell from the living room balcony of a building in Al Musallah area and was critically injured.
On being notified about the fall, the police arrived at the site in under five minutes and rushed the little girl to Al Qasimi Hospital. However, she succumbed to her injuries shortly after.
The police are now investigating the circumstances that led to the fall.
