Dubai - After the milestone moment, Ali and Asif are seen proudly flashing the three-finger hand gesture, made famous by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed
An inspirational video depicting the first five Dubai residents to get the Pfizer-BioNTech jab has been released by the Dubai Media Office.
In it, senior Emirati citizen Ali Salem Ali Alaiddi, 84; Adel Hassan Shukralla of Dubai Police, 32; DHA nurse Asha Susan Philip, 46; Dubai Ambulance worker Shamma Saif Rashid Alalili, 36; and RTA driver Asif Khan Fazle Subhan, 37, can all be seen walking into the health care centre, taking their tokens, and receiving the first jabs.
After the milestone moment, Ali Salem and Asif Khan are also seen proudly flashing the three-finger hand gesture, now synonymous with Dubai and coined in 2013 by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to signify 'Win, Victory, and Love'.
