Father sentenced to death for sexually abusing daughter in UAE

The Ras Al Khaimah Criminal Court has sentenced an Asian national to death for sexually abusing his minor daughter.
The court records show that the accused, identified as A.S., forced his daughter into sex for a long period.

The victim managed to run away from her father's house, where she was locked-up and hid at her friend's house.

The young girl told her friend about the sexual abuse. After understanding the plight of the girl, the friend's father reported the case to the police.

The police arrested the father who admitted to his crime. The police found 665 porn videos of the victim on his mobile phone.

The accused was referred to the RAK Public Prosecution and then to the Criminal Court, which found him guilty.

The court, presided over by Chief Judge Sameh Shaker, sentenced the father to death.
