An inmate of a prison was able to celebrate his son's birthday with his family, thanks to the kindness of the Sharjah Police. The inmate had requested the police to let him throw a party to celebrate his son's 12th birthday. The police agreed and got his wife and son to the penal and correctional institution.

Colonel Ahmed Shahil, Director of the Department of Punitive and Correctional Establishment of the Sharjah Police; and Colonel Mona Sorour, Director of Women's Prison, joined the family as they celebrated.
