The development comes just a day after the VP announced the government's list of worst and best service centres across UAE on September 14 - as he had promised earlier this year.
Khalid Al Kaabi was appointed as the new Director for the Tawteen Centre in Fujairah - after it was ranked one of the worst performing government centres during a long and comprehensive assessment this summer.
Nasser bin Thani Al Hamli, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, said that the ministry started to implement the directives of Sheikh Mohammed to develop the services provided by the Tawteen Centre in Fujairah.
Al Hamli added that all of the services provided in the center would be improved and put in place a sustainable system.
He added that he trusts Al Kaabi for the new position, and added that the Acting Undersecretary for Emiratisation Affairs, Mona Waleed Bakhet, have already started work to ensure the improvement at the centre.
