Damac Properties has launched Navitas Hotel & Residences in its golf-themed Akoya Oxygen community. The units come with a four-year payment plan at prices starting from Dh440,000.
The Dh850 million Navitas Hotel & Residences comprises five 14-storey towers. One of the towers comprises 312 hotel rooms, which will be managed by Damac Hotels and Resorts. The other four towers will comprise residential units.
The towers are set on a common podium. All units have access to a gym, swimming pool and lounge area, as well as shops and restaurants on the ground floors.
"The five, 14-storey towers are a real opportunity for those looking for investment properties," said Niall McLoughlin, senior vice-president, Damac Properties. "By investing in a hotel room at Navitas Hotel & Residences, you'll benefit from Dubai's hospitality industry, which will be a gateway to high annual returns."
Akoya Oxygen is a 55 million square foot development in Dubailand. Located off the Umm Suqeim Road extension, Akoya Oxygen will include residential properties of various sizes surrounding an 18-hole Tiger Woods-designed golf course, along with an organic produce market, wellness centre, outdoor yoga enclave and retail outlets.
