The city hall in Israel's capital Tel Aviv lit up in the colours of the Israeli and UAE flags on Thursday evening to celebrate the two countries agreeing to normalise diplomatic relations.

The agreement, brokered by US President Donald Trump, means Israel has suspended plans to annex parts of the occupied West Bank.
