Gitex Shopper 2018: Huawei unveils world's first FullView display laptop

Head to Dubai World Trade Centre during the Gitex Shopper event between October 2-6 for a glimpse of the world's first FullView display laptop.
The Huawei Matebook X Pro offers a near borderless display, remarkable 3000 x 2000 resolution and weighs in at just 1.33kg.

Huawei MateBook X Pro is an ultra-slim laptop with a FullView display of 91 per cent screen-to-body ratio.
With a never-seen-before 3K touchscreen, powerful 8th generation Intel Core i7 8550U / i5 8250U processor and a monstrous 57.4Wh (typical capacity) battery, this is a professional notebook that's also portable.
The 14.6mm thick HUAWEI MateBook X Pro is ultra slim and light - you can take it anywhere for work or entertainment.

While Huawei's Matebook X Pro is clearly a highlight of Gitex Shopper 2018, it is one of more than 35,000 products on sale at this edition of the region's largest and longest-running consumer electronics event. Visitors can expect to see pioneering new technologies set to transform the way UAE residents live, work and play.
New for this event, the "Xperience Zone" comprises four dedicated areas where visitors can pick up tips, tricks and advice on the latest gadgets and accessories; witness 'unboxing' demos being streamed in real time; and receive training on how to safely operate a drone in the Shopper Drone Zone. The show also debuts the new Shopper Games concept, which includes video gaming tournaments.

Gitex Shopper 2018 is open daily from 11am - 11pm. Tickets are priced at only Dh20, a reduction on last year. Students enter for Dh10. Entry is free for children below the age of five.
