The UAE national junior golf squad has flown off to Germany for a 17-day summer camp.
With the schools here still on summer break, the Emirates Golf Federation (EGF) is taking the time to travel with - and train - the junior squad to prepare for future events.
The 14-strong squad will be training at the Golf and Country Club in Fleesensee, which is a European Tour destination and one of Europe's largest practice facilities. It boasts four golf courses, a 'golf arena' and a PGA Premium Golf School.
Travelling with the squad is national team head coach Greg Holmes, performance coach David Condon and EGF secretary general Khalid Mubarak Al Shamsi.
"This summer camp will give these juniors a good opportunity to train at one of the best facilities in Europe," Al Shamsi said.
