Rumours of Apple releasing three new iPhone models this September have been doing rounds for some time now. But the recent accidental revelation by Apple about a new feature of the iPhone 9 is something to look forward to.
According to tech wizards, the new iPhone may come with dual SIM support.
Android phones have been available with dual SIM support for quite some time, a popular feature in Asia where Apple is rumoured to be targeting its new iPhone, reported Mirror.
Moreover, having multiple networks on mobile phones could be a money-saving advantage.
Another popular feature preferred in Asia is a large screen, which makes writing on screen a lot easier. Hence, Apple is also rumoured to be releasing its largest iPhone yet in the 6.5-inch iPhone X Plus.
Aiming to take on the Asian market, Apple is also expecting to launch iPhones at low prices and this could be the year wherein affordable iPhone X style model in the form of a 6.1-inch LCD 2018 iPhone could be introduced, according to rumours.
The rumour specifically refers to two SIM trays, suggesting the new iPhone will come with two physical SIMs as opposed to one physical SIM and an eSIM.
