Being the centre of the world, UAE has access to all latest Thermal Insulation material. In earlier days, Fibrous material like glass wool, Rockwool, etc. were being used and now it is replaced with sandwich panels. Fire rated Rockwool panels are manufactured in the UAE for pre-engineered building.
Pre-engineered buildings constructed a decade or more ago are not insulated. We offer retrofit solutions for these building by using latest materials like cross linked polyethylene, also coatings or formulations, which can be sprayed over the roof are available in the market. These reduce the metal sheet temperatures.

The company introduced Stainless Steel Modular Chimney System in the UAE market, which is designed and manufactured by a renowned European manufacturer. This twin wall insulated systems are specially designed for high temperature, pressure and condensing applications. It replaces conventional carbon steel piping, thermal insulation and metal jacketing with a single double wall insulated stainless steel push fit pipe system with locking band.
What future do you see as climatic conditions worsen due to global warming?
The effects of global warming are causing havoc all over at an irrevocable pace. Unless and until the awareness is spread amongst the public this cannot be hindered. We at Lijan strive to reach out to Corporates and inculcate in them the need of using alternate sources. In this era, when electric cars have started gaining popularity and people are ready to bring about changes in their daily lives, we envisage an upsurge in the use of energy efficient solutions thereby leaving minimum carbon footprint.
