Talking about the timeline, Kuo says that Galaxy S8 will go on sale on April 21st, contradicting earlier reports that the phones will be delayed until April 28th. He predicts shipments of 40 million to 45 million during 2017, slower than the 52 million Galaxy S7 units that were shipped last year.
The tech company plans to announce the Galaxy S8 on March 29, 2017 at a dedicated launch event in New York City.
