Depending on where you stand, either Apple, Samsung or any other popular brand has the best smartphone in the entire cosmos. Just don't tell that to Turing Robotic Industries. The California-based company just unveiled the concept behind its latest smartphone - "superphone", as ScoopWhoop termed it - wielding a whopping 12GB of RAM and a mind-boggling 1TB of storage. (No typos there.) Here's a preview of the Cadenza: And by the way, it also has "deep learning artificial intelligence capabilites" courtesy of Turing's own Swordfish OS, as well as other unbelievable specs: To rub it in more - or if you still can't believe your eyes - the Cadenza gizmo has two 6GB RAM chips, 1TB of storage - two 256GB internal storages plus expandable memory of up to two 256GB microSD cards, two Qualcomm Snapdragon 830 chips for a total of 16 Kryo cores and is a quad-nano-SIM phone, meaning it can hold up to four SIMs. If that's not still enough, it also has a main camera that clocks in at a gargantuan 60MP and has a ridiculous IMAX 6K recording capability. It's expected to roll out in 2017. This might be just the thing we could be looking for to fit in the phrase "something to look forward to". - alvin@khaleejtimes.com
