Seol has signed a one-year deal with the K-League’s Steelers after leaving English Premier League team Fulham last week.

“I have come back to the country after 10 years. I will repay fans’ support by showing advanced football skills acquired from Europe,” Seol was quoted by Yonhap News agency.

The 31-year-old midfielder was a member of the side that finished fourth at the 2002 World Cup, which South Korea co-hosted with Japan.
