Free car parking during Eid weekend in Abu Dhabi

Motorists will park their vehicles without any fee during the six day long Eid-Ul-Fitr weekend in the capital city.
The Department of Municipal Affairs and Transport (DMAT) in Abu Dhabi said its parking bays will be free of charge during the days of Eid Al Fitr starting from Sunday 28 Ramadan 1437H (July 3, 2016) to Saturday July 9.
DMAT has urged its customers not to park their vehicles in prohibited areas and not to block vehicles or traffic flow.
It has also asked the motorists to adhere to the regulations regarding the resident permit parking bays from 9 pm to 8 am.
The department's Customer Care Centers will be closed during the Eid Ul Fitr Holidays and it will resume working on Sunday July 10, 2016.
However, Call Canter 80003009 will operate 24 hours.
