The Department of Municipal Affairs and Transport in Abu Dhabi announced that Mawaqif services in all surface public parking bays will be free of charge on the occasion of Al Israa Wal Miraaj, on May 5, 2016.
The free parking services will be available starting from Thursday May 5, to 7:59 am Saturday, May 7.

DMAT recommends all drivers to avoid parking their vehicles in prohibited areas at any time including residents' bays from 9 pm to 8 am.
In addition, all Customer Care Centres will be closed on Thursday May 5, 2016. Please note that Central Market Customer Care will be open on Friday May 6, 2016 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
