MoI urges citizens to observe traffic rules in GCC countries
The Ministry of Interior (MOI) has called on citizens travelling to the GCC countries by their cars to adhere to the traffic rules there.
Brig. Ghaith Hassan Al Zaabi, Director General of Traffic Coordination at (MOI) urged the citizens to pay attention on the speed limits on the roads in those countries, for instance, in Sultanate of Oman a vehicle is impounded for 48 hours if it exceeds 75km per hour.
He added that the allowed tinting percentage of vehicle glasses in the GCC countries is 30 per cent. Al Zaabi reiterated his call for observing the speed limit on the roads.
