Commuters faced delays on Sunday morning owing to slow traffic caused by accidents, especially on the Sheikh Zayed Road.
The Dubai Police tweeted a warning to motorists about the accident on Sheikh Zayed Road near Al Safa Park bridge.
 

Accident on Al Khail Road after Umm Suqeim bridge, resulting in traffic delays. Please drive safe and use alternative routes.

Tailbacks were also observed on on E311 Ras Al Khor Road near Al Awir interchange, D68 Al Khail Road, Dubai Investments Park area and near Al Barsha.
