Emirates Post Group felicitated 23 post offices which were rated as Four-Star Service Centres under the UAE Government "Global Star Rating System for Services" programme launched by His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
Speaking on the occasion, acting CEO of EPG Mr. Fahad Al Hosani, praised the post office managers and their teams for their role in raising the bar on customer service and thus positioning the post offices to attain higher results in the next rounds of the Project and be role models for other government departments.
Commenting on the rating, Al Hosani said the honour bestowed on the post offices would motivate the staff to aspire for higher standards as well as inspire other post offices to better their standards.
Al Hosani added that the group's strategy is to remain deeply engaged to the programme created by the UAE leadership and get all employees involved in the goal of making government service channels centres of excellence, innovation and courtesy.
