The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) has announced that the Al Madam Medical Centre in Sharjah will be operating 24 hours a day in an effort to provide citizens with round-the-clock access to health services.
This decision falls in line with the Centre's commitment to meet the needs of growing number of patients.
Dr. Hussein Abdel-Rahman Al Rand, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry's Health and Prevention Assistant Sector, Health Centres and Clinics, emphasised the ministry's initiative to provide quality health services to the community in accordance with international standards.
He highlighted the efforts of the ministry to improve the national health index through the development of health centres, which according to him creates a working environment that guarantees the quality of medical services provided to citizens and residents of the state.
