In a move to bring the knowledge of road safety closer to residents, the Abu Dhabi Police has launched a social media campaign across all its channels which comes in multiple languages including but not limited to: English, Arabic, Urdu and Filipino.
This new campaign is poised to make the remove a huge barrier in communication - language and further facilitate road safety in the emirate. The campaign which was launched only today by Abu Dhabi Police GHQ makes it easier to broadcast kind reminders to motorists in a language that they are comfortable with.

In its inaugural post, the first reminder that Abu Dhabi Police raised was to avoid using mobile phones while driving - one of the most common cases while driving not only in the capital, but also across the UAE.
Police in the UAE is setting an example for other countries in the region, with a large expat population, that in order to maintain the safety of its inhabitants, one must learn to communicate.
Residents are advised to follow and like Abu Dhabi Police's social media channels @ADPoliceHQ and @ADPolice_HQ in Snapchat for more of these well-thought out updates.
