Three days after a British national was found dead near a hotel in Dubai, the police here have said that no foul play is suspected.
The deceased, Paul Sheffield, was found dead in Al Sufouh area early on Saturday. Investigations revealed that he had gone for a party at a hotel in Dubai Media City. He was accompanied by a friend when he left the hotel, the police said.
On being notified, the police shifted the body to the forensic department. According to a preliminary report issued by the department, Sheffield died of natural causes.
The police have informed the British Consulate in Dubai about the death and their probe.
