Visitors and residents to the UAE can now add another 'only in Dubai' experience to their list, by enjoying panoramic views from the highest lounge in the world at the Burj Khalifa.
Located on floors 152, 153, and 154 of the world's most recognisable - and tallest - building, The Lounge - Burj Khalifa features an outdoor terrace overlooking the Dubai skyline and will offer three separate visitor experiences.
This is the first time that these floors have been opened up to the general public and from today (Thursday), bookings are open for visitors to indulge in High Tea, sundowners, or a cocktail evening.
Towering at an imposing height of 575 metres, The Lounge, Burj Khalifa will be spread across three floors and those looking to book High Tea, which runs daily from 12.30pm to 4pm, can do so for Dh550 per person. The experience will include a spread of fresh bakes, desserts, the finest teas and of a glass of house beverage.

"Here we are at the highest outdoor balcony in the world, which connects to the highest lounge in the world. The purpose of this launch is because we wanted to bring in something new to our visitors. But beyond being just new, it's also something that ia again noted as 'the highest'. Now, visitors will not only be coming to the tallest tower, but they'll also be coming to the highest lounge in the world," Ahmad Al Falasi, Executive Director - Emaar Properties told Khaleej Times.
The Lounge, Burj Khalifa will also feature live music daily and will feature international artists and performers. To celebrate the opening month, the performer line-up includes live musicians, pianists, and DJs taking center stage to regale the guests.
