In yet another initiative to keep residents safe, the Dubai Police on Tuesday advised people to use their dominant and non-dominant hands for different tasks.

In a post on their official social media handles, the police have asked people to avoid using their dominant hand for handling door knobs, surfaces, or even while handling money. This is because it is quite uncommon to touch one's face with the non-dominant hand.
This would decrease the chances of infection transfer if in case people touch their faces with the dominant hands, which would have been cleaner as a result of not handling the above-mentioned things.
