Dubai - The General Department of Smart Services has launched the credit card installment service in collaboration with ENBD, easing the pressure of people who are struggling to pay their hefty fines.

It's your choice now to pay traffic fines using credit cards. No police intervention, no paper works. Credit card holders of Emirates National Bank of Dubai (ENBD) can now pay their fines in easy installments through the smart applications or directly to the police patrols.
Colonel Khaled Razzuqi Al Razouki, director of the Smart Services Department of the Dubai Police, said that the new arrangement helps residents pay their fines directly to the traffic police patrols or through smart applications with the help of EBND credit cards.

Earlier, road users had to provide document evidence if they wanted to pay fines using credit cards.
With the introduction of the flexible credit card payment, residents can choose the amount they wanted to pay without any interest, for fines not less than Dh500.
