A 44-year-old Pakistani man was found hanging from the ceiling of a storeroom at a furnished hotel apartment in Sharjah.Initial investigation indicates that the man committed suicide out of depression.
Cleaners of the hotel in Al Naba'ah area found the body first and they alerted the hotel management. Sharjah Police have begun an investigation into the incident.
The police, including Criminal Investigation Department team, patrols, forensic experts and ambulance, who rushed to area, shifted the body to forensic laboratory. The police grilled the deceased man's family who where were with him in the hotel.
This is the third such case reported from the emirate in two months.
